Flower Garden Quilt Pattern is an original appliqué design by Kim McLean from "Down Under". The pattern has a lovely colored cover of the quilt made with fabrics from the Kaffe Fassett Collective. There are 24 different flowers in the center of the quilt. Each is worked as an individual block. The blocks are joined together with a pieced sashing. The final border has four different designs. The right and left sides each have large flowers growing from pots. The top and bottom borders are a series of animals and trees.
The finished quilt measures 89" x 91". There are full sized pattern sheets and instructions on machine piecing the sections together. This is for those who are confident with their appliqué skills.
For those wanting smaller projects, one or several of the center blocks can be easily arranged into a smaller project for a table runner, bed runner, or wall quilt.
